This is the English translation of the Varaha Upanishad (belonging to the Krishna-Yajurveda): a minor Sanskrit treatise selected amongst a collection 108 extant upanishads, dating to at least the 1st millennium BC.The Varaha-upanishad teaches Vedanta philosophy and dwells on non-dual topics. It also discusses concepts of Yoga such as the yamas, niyamas and various asanas (postures). The Upanishad begins with a conversation between sage Ribhu and Varaha (Vishnu in his boar incarnation)
